New colleagues in many clinical positions then benefit from the guidance of a trained preceptor. These experienced colleagues serve as valuable mentors who lead workshops and are available to offer advice and provide encouragement and support.

Programs include instruction on a variety of clinical skills, diversity training and much more. There is CPR training conducted on site, advanced skills classes for LPNs and ongoing computer training to keep you up to date on the latest hardware and software.
